Show only what matters
Share one area or one window instead of your entire screen, so what lies outside it stays out of the audience's view.
Choose an area of the screen or a window, add your webcam in a corner or a side panel, and share a single clean window in Teams, Zoom or Meet. Your audience sees the result, not your toolbar.
With Sincron Screen Tools, press Ctrl + Shift + P, pick an area of the screen or an application window, and turn on your webcam if you want it. The app opens one floating window with a live preview, with the webcam in a corner or in a side panel.
In your meeting app (Teams, Zoom or Google Meet), share the window named “Screen Tools — Apresentação”, then click Present to hide the controls. Everyone sees only the content and the webcam, and the microphone stays with the meeting app.
Nothing is recorded: the video is processed in memory on your PC, and it only leaves it through the meeting where you share the window.

Six steps. Almost all of them happen in the app window; only the fifth is done in the meeting.
You can also start it from the home screen or from the app menu. The shortcut can be changed in Settings. Press Esc to cancel the selection.
Select an area to crop exactly what you want on screen; it shows anything that appears over it. Select a window to follow one application only.
Pick the camera, the shape (portrait, square or landscape), the size, how rounded the corners are, the horizontal framing and whether to mirror the image. The microphone is not used.
In a corner, the webcam floats over the content and you can drag it in the preview. In a side panel, the content shrinks and the webcam gets its own column on the left or right.
In Teams, Zoom or Meet, choose to share a window and select “Screen Tools — Apresentação”. Output is 720p by default and can be set to 1080p, at 30 frames per second.
Present hides the toolbar and the footer. To change something, press Ctrl + Shift + P or Esc in the window; while the controls are open, they are also visible in the meeting.

The webcam sits inside the shared window, in the corner or in a column, so people see you and the slide at the same time.
No virtual camera or scenes to configure. You share a single window and change layout, size and camera without leaving the meeting.
Capture and webcam are processed in memory on your PC. Pausing or ending the presentation releases the screen and the camera.
Present live works on Windows 10 and 11. There is no Mac version of Sincron Screen Tools.
The app does not create a virtual camera. You share its window in the meeting, so the webcam shows up inside the shared content and not as your camera in the participant list.
If a notification or another window crosses the selected area, the audience sees it. To follow one application only, select a window instead.
If the presentation window overlaps the area you are capturing, the output pauses to avoid a mirror effect. Move the window, pick a smaller area or capture an application window.
Present live does not record video or access the microphone. To record, use the meeting app's own recorder; keep your microphone in the meeting app.
The app's Present live screen is available in English and Portuguese for now; other languages show the English text. The window name is always “Screen Tools — Apresentação”.
Press Ctrl + Shift + P in Sincron Screen Tools, select an area, and then share the window “Screen Tools — Apresentação” in the meeting. The audience sees only the area you cropped.

No. It does not use AI or an API key, so it does not count toward the translate and summarize limit of the free plan.
